Grand Valley State's women's tennis team fell, 5-0, to Ferris State in the second round of the GLIAC Tournament. The Lakers will play Wayne State in the third place match on Saturday.
Ferris State won all three doubles matches and the Lakers couldn't come back, dropping two more in singles action. Four matches were unfinished because the Bulldogs scored the needed five points.
GVSU falls to 10-4 overall, while FSU is 11-1.
