Grand Valley State dropped a 5-4 decision to Lake Superior State in the third place match of the GLIAC Tournament. GVSU finished the fall season with an 11-4 overall record and a fourth place finish in the GLIAC Tournament.

Celina Grondin defeated Alison Koopsen, 6-3, 6-2 at #1 singles and Sophie Bedard beat Lindsay Grimmer, 7-6 (3), 4-6, 7-5 at #2 singles. Jeanna Killips defeated Megan LaMothe 3-6, 6-2, 6-2 at #3 singles, but Emily Zellner fell 6-4, 6-4 to Megan Smith at #4 singles. Alex Chiakmakis beat Jaime Oppenlander, 4-6, 7-6 (5), 6-4 at #5 singles and Stefanie Prociv defeated Carolyn Pumford, 3-6, 6-3, 6-2.

In doubles action, Alison Koopsen and Zellner teammed up to defeated Grondin and Bedard, 9-7 at #1 doubles. LaMothe and Chiakmakis won 8-5 against Grimmer and Oppenlander at #2 doubles and Audrey Koopsen and Killips defeated Smith and Pumford, 8-3 at #3 doubles.
