Julie Zeeff was named to the 2002-03 Basketball Coaches Association of Michigan's College Academic-Athletic Honor Team. Zeeff averaged 16.2 points and 7.7 rebounds last season, while compiling a 3.26 GPA in Business.

The team pays tribute to five outstanding scholar-athletes from Michigan colleges and universities at the NCAA I, II, III and NAIA levels. The players must be either a starter or key reserve and have at least a 3.2 GPA.

Zeeff was named to the team, along with, Lucy DeMartin (Ferris State), Alice Duesing (Lake Superior State), Amanda Kerkstra (Hope College), and Andrea Novak (Michigan Tech).
