Findlay, Ohio - Grand Valley State claimed a 9-0 victory over Findlay on Saturday, followed by 5-4 victory over Mercyhurst on Sunday in GLIAC action. GVSU upped its overall record to 14-6 and improved to 5-1 in GLIAC action.

The Lakers swept through doubles play at Findlay, and recorded straight set wins in singles action over the Oilers. GVSU won two of three matches in doubles action vs. Mercyhurst and went 3-3 in singles play. Scott Gregory (3), Mike Bambini (5) and Jim Farmer (6) each went 2-0 on the weekend in singles action with straight set wins.

Grand Valley State will conclude regular season action Tuesday (April 11) at Northwood, before beginning play in the GLIAC Tournament Friday (April 14) at 9 a.m. The GLIAC Tournament will take place at the Midland Tennis Center.
