Steve Larson tallied a third round score of 80 at the DII National Championship.

Grand Valley State junior Steve Larson is tied for 41st place after the third day of the NCAA Division II Men's Golf National Championship in Daniels, West Virginia. Larson tallied a third round score 80 (+10), after shooting a 73 and 72 in the first two rounds. The championship will conclude on Friday, May 19.

Larson birdie the first hole to start off day three, but bogied the next two holes. He parred the fourth hole before recording back-to-back bogies on holes five and six. Larson did the same thing on the next three holes tallying a par on the seventh hole, followed by a bogey on both holes eight and nine.

Steve started off the back nine with three straight pars, but then recorded a bogey on the 13th hole and a double bogey on the 14th. He finished the final four holes shooting par on the 15th and 18th holes, while bogeying on the 16th and 17th holes.
