Columbus, Ind. - Grand Valley State finished fourth at the Parkside Invitational at Otter Creek Golf Club in Columbus, Indiana with a 36-hole total of 592 (+16). Wisconsin-Parkside won the event with by shooting a 582 (+6), while Indianapolis finished second with a 585 (+8). The Lakers will next compete at the Great Lakes Region Invitational #2 in Perry Park, Kentucky

GVSU senior Steve Larson finished tied for 6th with a two-over par 146. Larson carded a 70 (-2) in the opening 18, followed by a 76 on the final day. Josh Orler finished tied for 16th with a 36-hole total of 148 (+4). Kyle Murphy shot a 149 (+5) and finished tied for 19th, while Matt Johnson finished tied for 25th with a 150 (+6). Tony Mango rounded out the lineup for the Lakers with a 155 (+11).
