2006 Cross Country: Finished 33rd at the Cavalier Open with a time of 29:18.90... Ran a time of 29:51.12 at the CAA Championships... Made the Dean's List during the fall semester... Earned the CAA Commissioner's Academic Award.

2006 Outdoor: Did not compete during the outdoor season.

2006 Indoor: Finished the mile in 5:27.17 at the Father Diamond Invitational.

2005 Cross Country: Ran a time of 31:59.43 at the Mason Invitational... Finished in 31:18.47 at the William & Mary Invitational.

Prep: Competed in cross country for one season, indoor track for one season and outdoor track for two seasons at Westfield High School...
