Start of Baseball Series Pushed Back to Saturday

The George Mason baseball game with Old Dominion University, orginially scheduled for Friday, April 2, has been postponed due to rain. The teams will begin their three-game series on Saturday with a doubleheader.

The Patriots (15-9, 3-0 CAA) will host Old Dominion (12-13, 2-1 CAA) at Spuhler Field beginning with a nine-inning affair scheduled for a Noon start. Approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the first game, the two teams will face off in a seven-inning game. The three-game series will wrap up on Sunday with a 1 p.m. start.
