ANNAPOLIS, Md. - #12 Navy handed #14 Franklin & Marshall a 6-3 loss in men's squash Saturday afternoon. The Midshipmen improved to 21-7 with the victory, while F&M fell to 11-9. Shane Slater, Patrick Pasquariello, and Seth Cruice each picked up wins.

Slater won his match in the fifth position in three games, while Pasquariello got out to a 2-0 lead before dropping the third game 3-9. He recovered in the fourth game outscoring Chris Zipf 9-7.

Cruice's win in the eighth flight came in a tightly contested marathon battle. Cruice won the first, fourth and fifth games 9-6. His opponent, Dan Hellier, squeezed a pair of 10-8 wins in between.

The Diplomats return to action on Sunday when F&M plays host to Route 30 rival, Haverford.
