F&M Finishes in the Middle of the Pack at Ursinus

COLLEGEVILLE, Pa. - Franklin & Marshall's men's track team finished in 10th place amongst the 20 competing teams at the Frank Colden Invitational hosted by Ursinus on Saturday. The Diplomats scored 27 team points. Ursinus won its own meet racking up 72.5 points.

Jon Brallier contributed 10 points to the Diplomats cause winning the pole vault. He cleared at 4.4 meters for the victory. Steven Tracey finished second in the long jump at 6.49 meters. The University of Delaware's Brandon Swartout won with a leap of 6.55 meters. Freddy Martino finished fourth in the triple jump covering 12.56 meters. Erik Lambertsen of Gettysburg College won the event with a mark of 14.61 meters.

The Diplomats return to action next weekend for the Robert J. Kane Invitational, hosted by Ithaca College.
