Sebring, FL - Florida Atlantic University Sophomore Praewnapa Phol-Uayporn finished in first place at the two-day Springlake Invitational that wrapped up on Saturday afternoon.

Phol-Uayporn (70, 73 -143) shot 1-under par to capture the tournament medalist honors. This was the second tournament of the year that Phol-Uayporn has finished in first place. Karine Bolme (78, 79 -157) shot 13-under par at the par 72, 5,920 yard course. She completed the event in a tie for 33rd. June Bolme (82, 77 -159), Kimberly D'Andrea (81, 82 -163), and Gina Larsen (82, 82 -164) round out the Owl field with ties for 41st, 49th, and 52nd.

FAU (311, 311 -622) placed in a tie for eighth place overall. Methodist University (299, 297 -596) took first place with two golfers placing in the top ten.

The Owls are back in action at the Cincinnati Invitational that begins on March, 23.
