Matt Corwin enters his fifth year as the assistant coach for the men's cross country team. Under his guidance, the men's program has grown and steadily and improved their standing within the conference.

Corwin is in charge of the men's cross country practices and workouts along with spearheading their recruiting. Corwin is also in charge of spring training for the men's team, during which the team competes in local track meets to improve stamina and conditioning for the upcoming season.

Corwin competed in cross country for the Owls from 1996-1998. Following graduation from FAU, he began coaching the men's team and assisting with the development of the women's track program.

Personally, Corwin graduated with a bachelor of arts degree in history and continues to run and compete in local triathlons.
