BEVERLY, MA - Danielle Sargent (Sabattus, ME/Oak Hill) and Jenn Elwell (Tewksbury, MA/Shawsheen Tech) earned Commonwealth Coast Conference weekly honors after leading the Gulls to a perfect 8-0 week.

Sargent was named the CCC Player of the Week after putting up monster numbers over the last week. Sargent hit .652 going 15-for-23 with three doubles, three home runs, one stolen base, 13 runs scored and 14 runs batted in. She also posted an on-base percentage of .703 and had six multi-hit games.

Elwell turned in another solid week, earning CCC Co-Rookie of the Week honors going 2-0 with a save. Elwell posted a 0.77 earned run average over 11.2 innings in her three appearances. She allowed seven hits, walked two and struck out 10 batters, while helping her own cause by going 6-for-12 and batting .500 at the plate with a pair of doubles.

The Gulls are 19-5 overall and 12-2 in the Commonwealth Coast Conference, holding a share of the CCC lead with Roger Williams. Endicott put its12 game win streak on the line again tomorrow when they host Nichols College in a Wednesday double-header starting at 3:30 pm
