The Endicott Men's Golf Team Finishes 3rd at the CCC Championships

Paxton, MA - The Endicott College men's golf team competed in the CCC Championships at Kettlebrook Golf Club on Wednesday September 17th. The Gulls earned an impressive 3rd place finish by scoring 339 (+51 overall). Only falling to Wentworth Institute of Technology and Roger Williams University, EC beat four other teams.

Leading the Gulls, sophomore Brian Gill tied for 5th place, with a score of 42-40, for a total of 82 on the afternoon, only two shots behind the first place medallists. Sophomore Matt Davis finished in a tie for 7th place in the individuals, with a score of 43-41, 84 overall.

Also contributing to the 3rd place finish was Matt Barnes, Kenny Dargon and Alex Lawner with scores of 85, 88 and 94 respectively.

The next match for the golf team is the regional qualifier for the ECAC, next Thursday September 25th, at Holden Hills Golf Club.
