The Men's and Women's Cross Country Teams competed in the NCAA Division III Regional Championship this past weekend at Connecticut College. Junior Christine Gaspar (Attleboro, MA) and senior Emily McCaffrey (East Greenwich, RI) led the women's team with huge personal best performances. read more

The Men's and Women's Cross Country Teams traveled to Standish, ME on Saturday to compete in the GNAC Championship meet. The Emmanuel women placed 4th out of 11 teams, while the men ran 7th out of 8 teams. read more

On Friday night, the Emmanuel Men's and Women's Cross Country Teams hosted the 3rd Annual Saints Invitational at Franklin Park. Fifteen women's teams competed in the 5K race and ten men's teams competed in the 8K race. read more
