Mayra Camacho is one of the most decorated athletes in the history of the Dominican University women's soccer program. In 2005, Camacho led the nation in goals per game and ranked fifth in the nation in points per game as a freshman and was selected as the Lake Michigan Conference (LMC) Rookie of the Year and Co-Player of the Year. Camacho enters her junior season as the program's career leader in goals (52) and ranks second on the career points list (115). In 2006, Camacho notched a team-high 25 goals and tallied six assists as she was named to the D3Kicks.com All-Region First Team. At Argo Community High School, Camacho was a two-time member of the All-Sectional Team (2004, 2005) and was named to the SICA South All-Conference team four times (2002, 2003, 2004, 2005).
