Jeanette Woodberry Named WHAC Player of the Week The women's basketball team is off to a 2-0 start thanks in large part to the play of Senior Jeanette Woodberry. The 5'8 guard from Detroit, MI was named WHAC Player of the Week after she led the Panthers to consectuive victories over Spring Arbor University and University of St. Francis (IN). Wood averaged 25 points per game and 11 rebounds per game. She also contributed with 8 assists and 5 steals in the two games while shooting 70% from the field. November 13, 2007 #12 Panthers to Host Purdue University Calumet at 7:00 PM The women's basketball team will be making its last appearance at home for the month of November as they prepare to host Purdue University-Calumet on Tuesday November 13 at 7:00. The game will take place at Duncan Lake Middle School and the directions can be found on the women's basketball home page. If you cannot make it to the game you can listen on internet radio as Brock Konkle and Aaron Sagraves will begin their broadcast at 6:50 PM and you can also watch the live stats online through Daktronics.
