Fullerton, Calif. - Charlee Underwood scored 24 points and Andrea Adams had 18 Saturday afternoon to lead Cal State Fullerton to an 86-79 Big West Conference women's basketball victory over Cal State Northridge.

Adams and Underwood were part of a 10-0 Fulleton spurt to open the second half that put the Titans ahead to stay after trailing by one at intermission. Underwood's 3-pointer capped the run that included a deuce and a trey by Adams, who padded her total by hitting 9 of 12 free throws, mostly in the final minute.

Toni Thomas (12 points and 12 rebounds) joined Underwood (10 rebounds) with a double-double.

Fullerton led by as many as 15 points at 68-53 with 5:39 left before the Matadors got as close as 5 points with four seconds left.
