Box Score

GREEN BAY, Wis. (AP) - Tiffany Mor scored 23 points and Nicole Soulis added 18 as No. 23 Wisconsin-Green Bay defeated Cleveland State 78-61 on Thursday to clinch at least a share of the Horizon League title.

Green Bay now has won or shared the league's regular-season championship in each of head coach Kevin Borseth's seven seasons. The Phoenix can take the league title outright with a win on Saturday against Youngstown State.

Green Bay won its 16th straight game and improved to 22-2 overall on the season, the best start in the program's 32-year history. The Phoenix also won their 55th consecutive home game against a conference opponent and are 13-0 in league play.

"Green Bay has weapons both inside and outside," CSU head coach Kate Peterson said. "I felt like they didn't miss a shot in the first half. I thought we were able to find some openings with our motion offense in the second half."

Mor and Soulis, both post players, shot a combined 19-of-26 from the field. Abby Scharlow barely missed a triple-double for Green Bay, finishing with 12 points, 11 assists and nine rebounds.

Erin Martin led Cleveland State (3-21, 2-11) with 19 points, while Omega Harrington added 16 on a career-high four three-pointers.

Four different players hit 3-pointers in the first half as Green Bay shot 65 percent from the field and scored a season-high 46 points in the first 20 minutes. Soulis had seven points during a 14-2 run that put the Phoenix ahead 38-20, and the lead grew as high as 28 points midway through the second half.

Cleveland State plays its final road game of the season when the Vikings head to Detroit on Saturday, Feb. 19 for a 1:30 p.m. tip.
