Annie Thomas Position: Assistant Coach Experience: 1st Year

Annie Thomas, a four-year letterwinner at Wisconsin, is in her first season as an assistant coach at Cleveland State.

She will work with the posts, assist with recruiting and be in charge of the Vikings' community service efforts and academics.

Thomas lettered from 2002-06 at Wisconsin and served as team captain during her senior season when she averaged 4.1 rebounds per game. As a junior, Thomas led the Badgers in rebounding (6.8 rpg) and averaged 5.9 points per game as she started 24 of the 28 games she appeared in.

A 2007 graduate of Wisconsin with degrees in Applied Economics and Life Science Communications, Thomas was a three-time Academic All-Big 10 selection.

Last year, Thomas served as the radio color analyst for Wisconsin women's basketball home games. Annie and her husband, Joe, reside in Westlake.
