CLEVELAND - Rain has forced the cancellation of Cleveland State's series finale with UW-Milwaukee at Forest Hill Park on Sunday afternoon. The game will not be made up.

The Vikings and Panthers were to have played the fourth game of the series at 12 p.m. on Sunday, but showers expected to last all day have shortened the league series to three games. UW-Milwaukee took the first game, 6-4, on Friday night at Eastlake Stadium before Cleveland State won a pair of 5-0 games on Saturday in Eastlake.

Cleveland State will return to play on Tuesday with a 5 p.m. game against Akron at Jacobs Field. The Vikings then head on the road for a Wednesday contest at Notre Dame before continuing on to take on league-leading UIC in a four-game set next weekend.
