Winston-Salem, NC - Clemson's women's track & field team stands in a tie for fifth after the first of three days of competition at the ACC Outdoor Championships held at Kentner Stadium on the Wake Forest campus. The Lady Tigers tallied 13 points on day one, led by Della Clark's All-ACC performance in the hammer throw. It was her first outdoor All-ACC honor and third overall as a Lady Tiger.

Clark finished in third place in the hammer with a personal best toss of 185'4", also the season-best for the Clemson team.
