Final Stats

Arkadelphia, AR - Laura Washington and Nan Kimbrell had 22 and 18 kills, respectively, and the Christian Brothers University Lady Buccaneer volleyball team defeated Ouachita Baptist, three games to one today.

CBU (20-11, 5-5 GSC) won games one and two by identical scores of 30-25. The Lady Bucs dropped game three 17-30, but rebounded to win game four, 30-23.

OBU (12-20, 4-6 GSC) had four players with double-figure kills, and Becky Cunningham had a match-high 24 digs.

Washington finished with 22 kills and three blocks, hitting .472 for the match. Kimbrell had 18 kills and 16 digs, while Hattie Schnacke had 10 kills and hit .308. Lauren Amundson had 53 assists and 10 digs, while Bridget Buckley and Krista Gyarmati added 14 and 10 digs, repsectively.

CBU will be back in action on Tuesday, October 25 when they play host to Central Arkansas in a 7 p.m. match at Canale Arena.
