MEMPHIS--Edith Musebe pounded 24 kills to lead Henderson State to a three-game sweep of the Christian Brothers University Lady Bucs Thursday night at Canale Arena.

The Lady Reddies (16-4, 6-1 GSC West) remained in a three-way tie for first place in the Gulf South Conference West Division with their 30-22, 30-21, 30-21 win.

Musebe hit .525 as she had 24 kills in 40 attempts. Emily Trudgeon added 14 kills. Bethany Wright collected 17 digs, while Rose Euppah added 12 digs to her nine kills.

Freshman right-side hitter Logan Westphal (Herndon, Va./Herndon HS) led the Lady Bucs in kills with 11 and digs with 12. Sophomore setter Brenna Blackburn (Sandy, Utah/Brighton HS) added 28 assists.

The Lady Bucs will step out of GSC West play Saturday night as they host last year's NCAA Division II Runner-Up, North Alabama, at 6 p.m.
