Peel fed sophomore forward Gordon Blum (Houma, La./Vanderbilt Catholic HS) for his first goal as a Buc in the 38th minute, and Crean capped off the first-half scoring with a goal from sophomore forward Zach Tubinis (Memphis, Tenn./Houston HS).

The Bucs continued to control the game in the second half. In the 47th minute, freshman forward Brenden Ross (Toronto, Ontario) headed in a loose ball in the box after a corner kick. Senior midfielder Matt Werakso (Wollongong, Australia) capped off his Senior Day as he scored his ninth goal of the season and the 30th of his career in the 54th minute, assisted by Kuteyi and senior midfielder Brian McNamara (Lafayette, La./Lafayette HS).

Werakso, Peel, McNamara, and goalkeeper Daniel Foster (Gallatin, Tenn./Gallatin HS) were honored in a pregame ceremony.

Freshman Dex Norman (Arlington, Texas/James Martin HS) made the start in goal and collected his second shutout in as many appearances.

The Bucs out-shot Crichton (1-14-2) 23-5, including a 10-0 margin in shots on goal.
