Bucs Continue Slide And Fall To St. Leo , 3-0

Final Stats

Atlanta, GA - The Christian Brothers University Buccaneer soccer team traveled to Atlanta, Georgia today to take on St. Leo University, but fell to the Lions, 3-0 at Silverback Park.

CBU (3-7-1) held a 5-4 shot advantage at the half, but tailed 2-0.

SLU (9-1) controlled the ball for the most part of the game, forcing 15 corner kicks, but allowing just two. Asmir Pervan had a shot and a goal to lead the Lions.

Eight Bucs had a shot each, while Alex Balog stopped three shots in goal in his first collegiate start.

CBU will be back in action this Tuesday, October 11 when they play host to Rhodes College at 7 p.m. on Signaigo Field.
