2006: Lila appeared in every match for the Lady Swords in 2006. Used on the right side/opposite, Sapolu averaged 1.53 kills per game. Sapolu will be counted on for leadership as she enters her third and final year for Chaminade.

2005: Lila was counted on to provide presence in the middle during the 2005 campaign. Sapolu appeared in 43 games, tallying a season high 10 kills versus UH-Hilo before breaking it the next day in the final match of the season against the Vulcans with 12 kills. With improvement throughout the year, Sapolu averaged 1.74 kills per game. She also contributed 4 blocks against the formidable attack of cross-town rival HPU on November 2.

2004: Attended Riverside Community College. While with the Lady Tigers, Lila had 15 kills.

High School: A talented athlete noted for her speed and strength, her senior year in high school, Lila averaged 10.1 points a game in basketball, and had a record discus throw of 122'11" and a shot put of 33'1/2". Also was a member of the National Honor Society.

Personal: The daughter of Melanie Ann Noelani and Manase Jesse Sapolu, Lila has three brothers Luke , London and Roman. Lila's father Manase Jesse Sapolu is a graduate of the University of Hawaii and played in the NFL for the San Francisco 49ers from 1984-1997.
