2005:A returning starter for the Lady Swords, Fonnesbeck was a presence in 2005. Averaging just under a block per match, Brittnee added height and power to the Sword lineup. Fonnesbeck was also third on the team in kills (193).

Brittnee was a factor on the attack in 2005, notching 15 kills against conference rival BYU-Hawaii and 14 kills vs UH-Hilo. Fonnesbeck also displayed her defensive prowess with 8 total blocks against regional foe Central Washington and 5 against Doane College.

2004: This 6'0 middle blocker is expected to be a force for the Swords this season. During her two year stay at Casper College, Brittnee was both an offensive and defensive force. She averaged 3.5 kills per game and totaled 543 kill, good enough for fifth best in the history of the college. Defensively, she was credited with 30 solo and 151 assisted blocks. Brittnee also received the Jean Wheatly Award, which recognizes citzenship and scholarship.

High School: Brittnee was a three sport athlete at Kelly Walsh High School. In basketball, led the team in scoring as a junior and was named All-Conference as a senior. In volleyball, Brittnee led the Trojans to two state championships in 2001 and 2002. In those two years under Coach Barkell, Kelly Walsh was 67-7.

Personal: The daughter of Pat and Cordell Fonnesbeck, Brittnee looks forward to enjoying the aloha spirit of Hawaii. In commenting on her decision to come to Chaminade, she remarked, I'd rather play volleyball in Hawaii than basketball in South Dakota." Brittnee intends to major in elementary education.
