Marko Kolaric Named Pac West Player of the Week

Gold Canyon, AZ- Marko Kolaric has started right where he left off his junior year. Coming off a season where he was a First-Team All PacWest Selection averaging nearly a double-double, Kolaric has come back for his senior campaign doing all that and more. Coming off a sterling performance in the EA Sports Maui Invitational (19 points, 14 rebounds) against Marquette, the 7 foot Serbian has yet to slow down. In Chaminade's defeat off Princeton University, Kolaric went 7-11 from the field, including 1-1 from three for 15 points to go along with 11 rebounds. The senior center also added 4 assists and 3 blocks in the win. The Swords never trailed in the 74-70 win over the Tigers. Currently, Kolaric is averaging 11.5 points and 9.8 rebounds per contest.
