2006-07: Averaged 3.8 points and 2.1 rebounds per contest. Averaged 13.2 minutes, while shooting 42% from three and 50% from the field. Had a career high 13 points on 5-5 shooting against Central College on 12/21/06. West Valley College: A member of the state runner-up West Valley Vikings coached by Danny Yoshikawa. Dan played the forward position on this past years 33-4 team. Wendt averaged 7.3 points to go along with 3.8 rebounds per game, including 55 made three pointers. Wendt had a college high of 22 points. In Dan's two years at West Valley, the Vikings were 58-9. High School: Played for Coach Roger Smith at Leigh High in San Jose, CA. Was a first team all-league selection for the Longhorns as a senior. Personal: Dan was born on July 30, 1985 in San Jose, CA. The son of Dave and Lisa Wendt, Dan has one sister, Kim and a brother, Brian.
