Oahu, HI - The chaminade University men's and women's tennis teams fell today in the first round of the Pacific West Conference championships. The women's matches were played in Laie, and the men's round took place at the Oahu Club. The CU men fell to #1 seed Hawaii Pacific 6-0. The sixth seeded Swords face #5 Western New Mexico in the second round today. The CU women were swept by #2 seed Hawaii-Hilo 5-0 yesterday and take on #5 Western New Mexico today in round two. The PacWest championships wrap up on Saturday with the winnners advancing to the regional finals May 7th & 8th.
