Swords Women's Tennis Downed By HPU 8-1

Waipahu, HI- No one can accuse Chaminade of dodging anyone. Coming off a loss to the #1 ranked team in the nation, BYU-Hawaii, the Lady Swords set off to face the nation's #18 team, Hawaii Pacific. The Swords battled throughout, as Tiffany DeVincent gave HPU's #1 Anastasyia Ageychik all she could handle before falling 7-5, 6-0. CUH lost #2 singles before bouncing back with a Joelle Tanaka win in #3 singles 6-3, 6-4. Unfortunately, it would be the last Sword win of the day. With the loss, Chaminade falls to 0-6 overall. The tough schedule continues for CUH, with the Swords set to face BYU-Hawaii in Laie on March 7th. First serve is set for 2PM.
