CU Golfers Place Second

Turtle Bay, HI - Chaminade's Dominique Gonzales earned medalist honors for the second time in a row at the Turtle Bay Resort with an 84 in yesterday's match. Gonzales, CU's top golfer, won last weeks event at Turtle Bay by shooting a 13-over par 85. The Swords placed second by shooting an aggregate 451, 17 strokes behind BYU-Hawaii. Other players figuring in the team scoring for Chaminade were Marissa Tybor, Chelsea Powell and Marijana Stanic. The men's and women's golf team travels to the Big Island for the PacWest Conference Championship beginning Thursday April 21st.
