Windy Day at Turtle Bay

Kahuku, HI- In gusts of 30-40 mph, the Chaminade golf team battled through to post some personal bests on the Fazio Course at Turtle Bay. For the men, Joe Schriml posted his collegiate best, a 93 on the Fazio course. Mike Melillo added a 97, while Darren Bradley posted a 98 for the Silverswords. On the women's side, Alicia Castillo posted her best round as a collegiate, shooting a 100 on the round. Theresa Wene, Britnee Fonnesbeck and Lila Sapolu also shot career lows. CUH heads back up to Turtle Bay next Monday, where the men will play the world-famous Palmer course and the ladie's will have another chance at Fazio. First tee is 12:00pm.
