REDSHIRTED THE 2002-03 OUTDOOR SEASON: Wright finished 16th (51.34) in the 400mH at the USATF Championships...only competed indoors for Cal....ran school's best 400m time (48.11) at the Western Classic...posted Cal's best 55m time (6.43) of the season at the Wolfpack Invite...anchored Cal's fastest 4x400m relay team of the season (3:15.36) at the Western Classic.

AS A JUNIOR IN 2001-02: Scored points for the Golden Bears at the Pac-10 Championships with a fourth-place finish in the 400mH (51.59)...set Cal¡¦s best season marks in the 110mH (15.20) and 400mH (51.48), set at the Big Meet and Mt. SAC Relays respectively...won the 400mH (51.52) at the Brutus Hamilton Memorial Invitational and at the Big Meet (53.05)...placed second in the 110mH (15.20) at the Big Meet...placed second in the 400mH at several meets, including the USC Invitational (52.91), UCLA Triangular (52.35) and UC Davis Quadrangular (52.20)...finished second in the 200m (22.16) at the Cal Open...Pac-10 All-Academic honorable mention selection,,mnamed Cal¡¦s Outstanding Male Track Athlete and earned the Cal Student-Athlete award.

SAC relays was a season best for the team¡Kfinished first in that event at the UC Davis Invitational with a time of 53.14¡Kplaced second in the 400mH at the Stanford Invitational and the Cal-Nevada State Meet with times of 52.28 and 52.21, respectively.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 1999-2000: Clocked Cal¡¦s fastest 400mH time of the season (51.54) at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational¡Kfinished fifth in the 400mH (52.45) at the Pac-10 Championships and second (52.27) at the California-Nevada State Meet.

HIGH SCHOOL: Orange County champion in the 110mH and 300IH for Kennedy HS¡KEmpire League MVP¡Kran a PR of 14.24 in the 110mH and 37.62 in the 300mH.
