Junior (2007): A member of Cal's best 4x100-meter and 4x400-meter relay performances of the season, with the 4x100 relay clocking in at 41.34 at the Big Meet and the 4x400 relay finishing at 3:14.52 at the MPSF Indoor championships...his 4x100 relay came in at 42.15 at the Pac-10 championships...contributed in two other impressive 4x400 performances (3:17.00 Jim Click Shootout, 3:17.50 Hampton Inn & Suites Classic)...garnered a new PR in the 100 meters at the Jim Click Shootout (11.37)...also claimed a time of 22.57 in the 200 meters at the Brutus Hamilton Invitational...finished at 49.29 in the 400 meters at the California Collegiate Challenge.
Sophomore (2006): Outdoors, ran on the second leg of Cal's fastest 4x400-meter relay (3:11.74, Texas Relays) and the second leg on Cal's third-fastest 4x100-relay (41.98) at the Big meet...indoors, ran a season-best time in the outdoor 400 meters (49.18)...recorded a season-best time in the 200 (22.55) at the MPSF Indoor championships.
Freshman (2005): Ran the third leg of the sprint medley relay (3:23.09) whose time ranks second all-time at Cal...posted Cal's second-best mark of the season in the 400 meters (47.79/Jim Bush Invitational), season-best time of the season in the 200 meters (22.22/Big Meet) and ran the second leg of the 4x400 meters relay to help his team earn its best time (3:09.15) of the season at the Pac-10 championships...during indoors, recorded the fourth-best mark of the season in the 200 meters (22.03/air Force Quad), second-best in the 400 meters (48.00/MPSF Championship) and ran the second leg of the 4x400 meter indoor relay that set Cal's best time of 3:12.98 at the MPSF championships...qualified for the Canadian Senior Nationals in the 400 meters. (2004): Redshirted outdoors...posted a season best of 49.22 in the 400 meters at MPSF Indoor championships.
High School: Attended St. Andrews College...three-time track MVP...played four years of varsity soccer and three years of hockey.
