IRVING, Texas - Conference USA has awarded its volleyball players of the week honors to Tulane's Sara Radosevic, SMU's Candice Davis and UAB's Nevena Stefanov. Radosevic has Tulane at a league-best 5-0, while Davis established a career-high of 30 digs for a four-game match at UTEP and Stefanov 77 assists at Mercer was one of C-USA's all-time best performances.

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
SARA RADOSEVIC, TULANE
6-1, Jr., OH, Zagreb, Croatia (Sportska Gimnazija) Radosevic has Tulane at the top of the C-USA standings with a 5-0 record. Radosevic led the Green Wave to a pair of 3-0 home wins over Tulsa and SMU last week. The 6-1 outside hitter averaged 5.33 KPG and hit .303, while turning in her ninth double-double of the season against SMU, with 18 kills and 10 digs. She also had three service aces, three block assists and averaged 6.08 points per game. Radosevic currently leads the league in service aces per game at 0.74, and ranks seventh in KPG with a 4.26 average. This marks Radosevic fourth career C-USA Offensive Player of the Week honor.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
CANDICE DAVIS, SMU
5-8, So., L, League City, Texas (Clear Creek) Davis established a career-high of 30 digs for a four-game match at UTEP Friday. She averaged 6.71 digs per game against UTEP and Tulane combined last week. This was the second week in a row that Davis recorded a career high in digs. Davis leads C-USA with 5.18 DPG. The Mustangs also top the digs per game chart with a 19.05 average, which is 19th best in the NCAA. SMU split its matches with a 3-0 win over UTEP and a 3-0 loss to league-leader Tulane last week. This is Davis' second C-USA Defensive Player of the Week honor and fifth of her career.

SETTER OF THE WEEK
NEVENA STEFANOV, UAB
6-0, Jr., S, Belgrade, Serbia & Montenegro, (Belgrade Athletic) Stefanov helped UAB to a 2-0 record this past week by averaging 14.75 assists per game to go along with 2.88 digs per game. Her 77 assists at Mercer on Tuesday was one of C-USA's all-time best performances. On Sunday, Stefanov posted 41 assists in just three games in helping the Blazers hit a combined .333 against Memphis. She also finished with eight blocks, including five against the Tigers.Stefanov ranks third in league with a 12.12 assists per game average. UAB leads the league and ranks 12th in the NCAA in service aces per game, landing 2.44. The Blazers also rank third in the league in assists per game, dishing out 13.81. This marks Stefanov's third career C-USA Setter of the Week honor.
