    Swimmer of the Week (Jan. 25)
    After guiding the Horned Frogs to a pair of victories last weekend, senior Aimee Moreau earned her first 2005 Conference USA Swimmer of the Week honor. Moreau helped TCU post its fourth consecutive 10-plus-win season with wins over North Texas and SEC foe LSU.

    Moreau won four events and earned a pair of runner-up finishes on the week. On Wednesday, Moreau won the 50-yard freestyle event with a time of 25.25 and the 100-yard butterfly (1:00.35). She was also a member of the victorious 400-medley relay team that touched at 3:42.65. Trailing 115-111 on Friday, heading into the final event of the day, Moreau and her 200-yard freestyle relay team posted the fastest time in C-USA this season en route to tallying a 124-119 win over LSU. Moreau also placed second in the 200-yard backstroke time with a 2:04.85 finish, the second fastest time in C-USA this season behind teammate Tiffany Strawn.

    Diver of the Week (Jan. 25)
    Kelly Seely of TCU grabbed her second 2005 conference award following her performances against in-state rival North Texas and LSU. Earlier on the season, Seely shared the accolade with Louisville’s Marianne Bradford.

    Seely swept the diving events last week for the second time this season over the Mean Green. The junior claimed the one-meter springboard event with a score of 231.12 points and finished the meet off with a score of 231.83 in the three-meter event. Seely nailed her season-best marks against the Tigers as she finished the one-meter with 252.93, topping her previous-best by more than 14 points. She also scored 235.43 on the three-meter springboard on Friday.
