C-USA ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
BRIANNA DAHM, Marquette, Sophomore, Two Rivers, Wis. Distance Dahm finished second in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Penn Relays. She broke her own school record with an NCAA provisional and conference-best time of 10:21.42.

NOTING C-USA WOMEN’S OUTDOOR TRACK AND FIELD
CINCINNATI’s APRIL CRAVER recorded three top-five finishes at the Cardinal Open in Louisville. Craver finished third in the discus with a career-best throw of 128-11, fourth in the shot put at 42-09 3/4, also a career-best and fourth in the hammer throw (134-03). The Bearcats shuttle hurdle relay team of LAURA VALLDEPERAS, SHANEKQUA DUNBAR, ERIN BUSH and AMANDA KLUG set a new school best with a mark of 1:00.19 ... DEPAUL’s ERIN MOFFETT set her second school record of the season with a time of 34:29.41, in the women's 10,000-meter run. She eclipsed the mark of 34:49.64 set by Anne Kuiken in 1988. Earlier this season she broke the 1,500-meter run record with a time of 4:37.46 at the UNC Classic. She finished eighth in the race. The Blue Demons will next compete at the Marquette Invitational on May 3 ... EAST CAROLINA competed at the Penn Relays last weekend, where TERRI DAVENPORT represented the Pirates in three relay events. Davenport guided the sprint medley relay to a fourth-place finish and posting an ECU record time of 4:00.44. She also helped East Carolina to a sixth-place finish in the 4x100 (48.24) and an eighth-place finish in the 4x400 relay event (3:54.07). CRYSTAL FRYE took fourth in the shot put (46-09), while KRYSTEL PABEY finished fifth (138-05) in the javelin ... HOUSTON split its squads to compete at the Penn Relays and the RunSport/Rice All-Comers meet. Houston’s 4x100-meter relay team of JASMIN JACKSON, COURTNIE RATLIFF, LAUREN SMITH and AISHA MORGAN finished sixth with a time of 44.88. RHIAN CLARK won her second straight pole vault competition when she cleared 13-05 at the RunSport/Rice meet. JESSICA EDWARDS was second in the pole vault with a mark of 10-11.75. In the running events, ALANA HERNANDEZ was fourth in the 800-meter run (2:20.85), while KELLY MCCARTY was fifth in the 1,500-meter run (4:47.36) ... LOUISVILLE won nine events at the Cardinal Open. ALICIA CAVENDER won both the 800-meter run (2:16.01) and the 1500-meter run (4:34.01) to lead the Cards. TRISH YOUNG reached an NCAA provisional mark in the javelin for the second time with a season-best mark of 153-09 to win the event. SHOLA KADIRI remained unbeaten at home in the shot put as she won the event with a throw of 46-07.25. Kadiri has won the event at all four home meets during her career. Other winners were BRITTANY HEDGEPETH in the long jump (18-10.75), freshman JACEY HUGHES in the pole vault (11-05.75), seniors NICOLE COTTMON in the 400-meter hurdles (1:04.38), DALELA IVORY in the triple jump (37-02.5)) and the 4x100-meter relay team (47.04) ... MARQUETTE’s BRIANNA DAHM finished second with a time of 10:21.42 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase at the Penn Relays. She broke her own school record that she set earlier in the season (10:21.83). SUSAN BARTH also improved on her school record in the 10,000-meter run with a time of 34.12 for sixth place ... SOUTHERN MISS finished second at the ULM Classic. PRUDENCE REID posted a season-best performance in the 200-meter dash, taking first place with a time of 23.62. YOLANDA JOHNSON finished fifth with a time of 24.32. RENA TATE ran a season-best time of 12.42 in the 100-meter dash In the field events, KRISTA MILLER, KATE JUDES and SABRINA NORWOOD finished 1-2-3 in the high jump. Miller posted a season-best jump of 5-7.25, while Juedes took second (5-3.25) and Norwood tied for third with a leap of 5-3.25 ... TCU competed at the Penn Relays last weekend. The foursome of LA' TOYA WHITE, CHAUNTE BALDWIN, TIFFANY STARTS and LARISSA BAKASA completed in a time of 1:34.87 in the 4x200-meter relay. The TCU unit of JUSTINA MALONE, PERHONA TOMLIN, HEATHER HANCHAK and CINDY DIETRICH took second place in the 4x800- meter relay with a time of 8:53.00 behind only Auburn (8:44.42).
