Pariser Earns 2005 ITA All-Academic Honors

Providence, RI - Freshman Ashley Pariser (Alexandria, VA) of the women's tennis team earned 2005 ITA All-Academic Team honors. In order to earn ITA Scholar-Athlete status, a player must be a varsity letter winner, have a grade point average of at least 3.50 for the current academic year, and have been enrolled at their present school for at least two semesters. Pariser played mostly at #5 or #6 singles during the season, earning a singles record of 10-7.

In addition, the Brown women's tennis team earned an ITA All-Academic Team Award. This award is open to any ITA program that has a cumulative team GPA of 3.20 or above. All eligible student-athletes whose names appear on the eligibility form and have competed in one or more varsity matches must average into the GPA for the current academic year.
