Dyer hit three home runs in one day during Northwestern's sweep of 14th-ranked DePaul last Thursday to earn Player of the Week accolades. Both homers came off Blue Demon senior Tracie Adix, who entered the game ranked sixth in the nation with a 0.76 ERA. In game two, Dyer clobbered a two-run dinger to account for the winning margin in a 7-4 triumph.

Pitcher of the Week
Jamee Juarez, Ohio State
Sr., P, La Puente, Calif./Wilson

Juarez earns Pitcher of the Week accolades after tallying a 2-0 record and extending her winning streak to nine-consecutive games to lead Ohio State to its second Big Ten title and first since 1990. The senior opened the week, registering a complete game one-hitter against Wright State in which she became Ohio State's all-time strikeout and shutout leader. Juarez then won the first game of the Penn State series on Saturday, striking out 10 and allowing only two runs in a 4-2 victory. On Sunday, she pitched into the fifth inning without allowing a run in the Buckeyes' eventual 4-0 victory. For the week, Juarez, who currently leads the Big Ten in strikeout-to-walk ratio (8.2-to-1) and fewest walks (25), gave up just two earned runs for a 0.84 ERA and struck out 25 in 16.2 innings pitched.
