Purdue's Junhasavasdikul Selected as First Golfer of the Week for 2007

Complete Release in PDF Format Pariya Junhasavasdikul, Purdue In the first tournament of the championship season, Junhasavasdikul carded the low-round and tournament-best scores for the Boilermakers. In the first round of play at the SunTrust Gator Invitational in Gainesville, Fla., Junhasavasdikul shot a team-best 2-under par 68. He followed that with a 74 in the afternoon round on Saturday and a 72 in the final round on Sunday. Junhasavasdikul's three-round total of 214 tied him for 12th place in the event and was the lowest 54-hole score of any Big Ten golfer in the event.
