Swimming and Diving Awards Banquet Held

April 15, 2002

The Bowling Green Swimming and Diving team announced award winners for the 2001-2002 season at the annual squad banquet held last week.

The Men's Most Improved Swimmer award went to freshman Adam Hirschfeld. Fellow classmate, Ian Chertieny was named the squad's Most Improved Diver.

The teams' Most Valuable Swimmer award was given to senior Kevin Anderson, a 2001-2002 co-captain while fellow senior Josh Clugston was named Most Valuable Diver. Freshman Bobby McRae was presented with the Falcon's Swimmer of the Year award for his accomplishments over the past season.
