#9 Michigan takes BGSU, 4-0

ANN ARBOR, Mich. - BGSU traveled to Ann Arbor to take on the Wolverines of Michigan. Michigan went into the game 5-0-0 and ranked 9th in the nation. Despite Brandon Decker's eight saves, the Wolverines shut out the Falcons 4-0.

The Falcons were able to hold the Wolverines for most of the first half until Bobby Trybula scored off a header at the 39:38 mark, giving the Wolverines a 1-0 lead going into the second half.

Bowling Green's Gregory Hennelly lead the Falcons with a career high five shots. Following behind was Omari aldridge who had two on the night and leads the team with nine for the season.

One minute into the second half Trybula scored again off an assist by Ryan Sterba at the 46:00 mark. Trybula lead the Wolverines with five shots on goal.

A through ball at the 75:29 mark gave Steve Hecker his first goal of the season.

With three minutes left in the match Kevin Hall scored Michigan's fourth and final goal.

The next game for the Falcons wil be Sunday Sept. 19 when they host Western Illinois at 3:30 p.m.
