Falcons Remain Ninth After 54 Holes

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - The men's golf team remains in ninth place after 54 holes of action at the Mid-American Conference Championships with a team score of 899 (303-302-294). Today's score of 294 was tied for fourth-best among the nine team competition. Today saw two Falcons break par. Both Jace Walker and Heath Ziglar fired 1-under scores of 71 on day two of the competition. They both have a 27-hole score of 222, placing them in a tie for 29th. Also after 27 holes Tommy Lopez (227), Dan McIntyre (232) and Trevor Spathelf (232) sit in T-33rd and T-43rd overall, respectively. The final round of the 2006 MAC Championships will begin at 8:00 a.m. Saturday morning. Team Scores
