Shaun Suisham Inks Free-Agent Contract with Pittsburgh

Bowling Green, Ohio - Bowling Green kicker Shaun Suisham has signed a free-agent contract with the National Football League's Pittsburgh Steelers. Suisham ended his collegiate career as the NCAA Division I all-time leader in both point-after-attempts made (226) and PATs attempted (232).

Suisham also leaves BGSU as the school's all-time leading scorer with 361 points and as the school's all-time career leader with 45 field goals.

In 2004, the Wallaceburg, Ontario, native was a Lou Groza Award semifinalist, named second-team All-MAC, and the GMAC Bowl Special Teams MVP. He also set a MAC record with 69 consecutive PATs made and made 14-of-20 field goals. Suisham was drafted in 2004 by the Ottawa Renegades of the Canadian Football League.
