Bowling Green, Ohio - The Bowling Green State University men's basketball team, 24-8, will play at Butler, 25-5, Thursday, March 14 in the first round of the National Invitation Tournament. It will mark the Falcons 13th invitation to the NIT as BGSU looks for its first post season win since the 1974-75 season. The Falcons last won in the post season at the National Commissioner's Invitational Tournament where they defeated Tennessee, 67-58 in Louisville. The Falcons will be looking for their first win in the NIT since the 1953-54 season.
