The Falcons will be the ninth seed in the 2003 MAC Tournament and will play Monday either at Ball State (if Marshall beats Miami) or at Eastern Michigan (if Miami beats Marshall). No player on the current Falcons raster has ever started a post-season game at BGSU.

Sophomore John Reimold and freshman Ron Lewis led the Falcons with 18 points apiece against Toledo. Junior Kevin Netter had 17 points.

The Falcons finished with an 8-4 record at home, marking the 17th straight year that BGSU has had a winning home record.

Reimold has hit 4 or more three-pointers in a game 10 times this season.

In the last eight games, Lewis is averaging 15.4 points. In the last four games, he is averaging 18 points per game. He is shooting 69.4 from the field in the last six games.

Netter shot a career-high 18 free throws, making 11.

In the last three games, BGSU has held opponents to 33.7% from three point range, after allowing Ball State to hit 13 of 21 for 61.9% on February 26.

Senior Cory Ryan played his final home game at Anderson Arena. He has averaged 5.9 points in his career (599 points) and has shot 35.3% from three-point range.
