July 15, 2007

WINDSOR, Ontario, Canada - Competing in her first Canadian National Track and Field Championships, Bowling Green State University's Kim Settle had a lifetime best performance of 10:46.38 to finish fourth in today's women's 3000 meter steeplechase. The Burlington, Ontario native, competing for the Speed River Track and Field Club, concluded an outstanding season which saw her improve at virtually every distance and included winning the Ontario Track and Field Championships two weeks ago in Ottawa.

Sunday is the final day of action at the 2007 Canadian National Track and Field Championships (July 12-15), held at University of Windsor Stadium in Windsor, Ontario.
