Falcon Women Earn WICCCA Academic Honor For Third Consecutive Year

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - The Women's Intercollegiate Cross Country Association has named the 2003-04 All-Academic Teams, and the Bowling Green State University squad is on the national list for the third consecutive year. The Falcons of head coach Cami Wells have qualified as an Academic All-American Cross Country Team.

BGSU qualified for the list with a team grade point average of 3.064 at the time the nominations were made. Since then, the team GPA has risen to 3.11 through the fall, 2003, semester. A total of 11 student-athletes on the Falcons' 2003-04 roster have a cumulative GPA of better than 3.00.
